Scott Docherty, Chairman and Director

Scott Docherty has served as the general manager of Topflight Grain Co-operative since June of 2004. Topflight Grain is farmer-owned with 17 elevators in five counties. Prior to accepting the general manager position, Mr. Docherty was a merchandiser for Topflight Grain from 1998 until May of 2004. Additionally, he serves as a director for United Prairie, LLC, an agronomy and fertilizer warehouse company owned by Topflight Grain Co-op and Premier Cooperative. Mr. Docherty has served as a director since One Earth Energy's inception.

Joseph Thompson, Vice President and Director

Joe Thompson was named general manager of Alliance Grain Co. on September 1, 2007. Before accepting the position of general manager, Mr. Thompson was employed as the controller of Alliance Grain from June 1999 to September 2007. He was the Ag Finance Manager for Piatt Service from May 1995 to June 1999 and received his bachelor of science in accounting from Illinois College in Jacksonville, Illinois.

Jack Murray, Secretary / Treasurer and Director

Jack Murray runs a farming operation in Champaign, Illinois and has done so since May of 1978. He served as board president for Fisher Farmers Grain and Coal, and was on that board for a total of 21 years. Fisher Farmers Grain and Coal merged with Grand Prairie Cooperative to become Premier Cooperative. Mr. Murray now serves as board president for Premier and has served on One Earth Energy's board of directors since its inception.

Bruce Bastert, Director

Bruce Bastert is the general manager of Ludlow Cooperative Elevator Company, a cooperative grain company with seven facilities in Champaign, Ford, and Iroquois counties of Illinois. Additionally, Mr. Bastert serves on the board of directors of the Grain and Feed Association of Illinois. Previously he has worked in the grain industry as general manager, commodity risk management consultant, terminal manager, merchandiser, and in corn origination, risk management, logistics, and co-product sales for a processing plant. He is an Agricultural Industries graduate of the University of Illinois. Mr. Bastert was named a director in April of 2006.

Roger Miller, Director

Roger Miller was named general manager of Grand Prairie Co-op in 1993. Grand Prairie merged with Fisher Farmers Grain and Coal to form Premier Cooperative where he now serves as general manager. Premier is a licensed grain dealer and warehouse that handles corn, soybeans and wheat in east central Illinois. Mr. Miller has also held the position of President of the Managers Group (Directors) of United Prairie, LLC, for the past eight years. He also serves as a director of the Champaign County Farm Bureau Foundation.

Zafar Rizvi, Director

Zafar Rizvi has been a director of One Earth Energy, LLC, since June of 2007. Mr. Rizvi is President and Chief Operating Officer of REX American Resources Corporation (NYSE:REX). Previously, Mr. Rizvi served as a vice president for REX Stores Corporation, most recently overseeing the Company's alternative energy interests. REX Stores Corporation became REX American Resources Corporation effective June 10, 2010. Mr. Rizvi also serves as the President of Farmers Energy Incorporated, a wholly owned subsidiary of REX. Currently, Mr. Rizvi serves on the board of directors of several developmental stage ethanol companies. Mr. Rizvi holds a B.A. in Economics from Punjab University in Pakistan, an H.N.D. in Business Studies from City of London Polytechnic in England and an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix.

Steven Kelly, President and General Manager

Steven Kelly has been employed as general manager for One Earth Energy since September 2007. Previously, Mr. Kelly was the general manager of Alliance Grain Co., a position he held since January of 1988. Alliance Grain is a locally owned cooperative with 12 elevators in 11 communities. He also serves as general manager for Bloomer Shippers Connecting Railroad. The Bloomer Line Railroad operates 45 miles of track within the Alliance Grain Co. territory. Mr. Kelly served as a director for One Earth Energy until September 2007 when he became employed by the Company.
