    Job Details

    The maintenance technician will maintain machinery and equipment as necessary.  Specific responsibilities include preventative maintenance on machinery, greasing and oiling, servicing of rolling stock, fabricating, rigging and lifting, welding, pump repair, pipefitting, electrical and electrical instrumentation.  Previous experience with machinery and mechanical equipment as well as electrical experience are required.

    The Production Operator will be crossed trained as Cook Operator, D/E Operator, or Utility Operator and will rotate through four main work areas of operations which are process, dryer, utilities, and control room.  Operators will work 12.25 hour swing shifts, working only 7 of every 14 days, and rotating between days and nights monthly.  Previous experience with machinery and mechanical equipment are highly desired.

    Job Details

    The Material Handler will be crossed trained in all areas of shipping and receiving in the facility.  They will operate and maintain machinery and equipment necessary in the loading and unloading of ethanol, denaturant, DDGS, and corn.  Material Handlers will generally work days Monday-Friday.  However, some weekends may be required.  Previous experience with machinery and heavy equipment are desired.  The ability to lift a minimum of fifty pounds is required.

    The Energy Center Operator will be trained to work within and operate the energy center. As an Energy Center Operator training will focus on the ability to understand the functions and operations of the TO's (Thermal Oxidizers), rotary dryers, Fire tube boilers and stillage separation by centrifugation. Operators will work 12.25 hour swing shifts, working only 7 of every 14 days, and rotating between days and nights monthly.  Previous experience with machinery and mechanical equipment are highly desired.
